Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about supplier registration, verification, referrals and bonuses.

How much does it cost to start?

The current supplier product package is R150. This is a product purchase, not a joining fee or investment contribution.

When do I receive my supplier number?

Your unique supplier number is issued only after the required registration and verification checks have passed.

Why do you need a selfie?

Selfie capture forms part of enrolment and helps support a stronger supplier registration and verification process.

Do you store my fingerprint or Face ID?

No biometric template is sent to or stored by House & Kitchen Suppliers through WebAuthn. Your supported device performs the biometric authentication locally.

Can I register more than once?

The platform includes duplicate checks across identity, cellphone, email and other registration information. Duplicate registrations may be blocked or reviewed.

Can two suppliers use the same payment reference?

No. Each payment reference must be unique and is locked to one supplier registration.

How does my referral number work?

Your active supplier number forms part of your unique referral link. When someone follows that link, your supplier number is carried into their registration automatically.

Can I share my referral link on WhatsApp?

Yes. Active suppliers will be able to share their referral links directly through WhatsApp.

Are bonuses guaranteed?

No. Bonuses depend on qualifying supplier activity and the applicable programme rules. Registration does not guarantee earnings.

How are bonuses calculated?

Qualifying network activity is tracked across the applicable five-level plan. The current schedule is R250 at Level 1, R150 at Level 2, R100 at Level 3, R75 at Level 4 and R50 at Level 5.
